This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made from KORVIN — Arcane Apothecary (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Shipping

We currently ship throughout Australia and to selected international destinations.
Australia
A flat shipping rate of $14 AUD applies to all Australian orders. Express shipping available.

Free standard shipping for orders over $100.
International Orders

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout. Availability of certain products may vary by country due to customs and import restrictions.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or quarantine requirements that may apply in their country.
Items are prepared and packed from our Melbourne apothecary in small batches. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days, although processing times may vary during busy periods.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been lodged with the postal service.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

is faulty or defective
is significantly different from its description
does not perform as reasonably expected

Where a return or refund is required, we will assess the issue and advise the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. This includes, but is not limited to:

opened or used products
items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
