This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made from KORVIN — Arcane Apothecary (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. As many items are prepared in small batches, processing times may vary.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and may be affected by postal service delays beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the postal or courier service.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

is faulty or defective
is significantly different from its description
does not perform as reasonably expected

Where a return or refund is required, we will assess the issue and advise the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. This includes, but is not limited to:

opened or used products
items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
